Delivery and shipping
You will receive an email or call within four working hours of placing your order, confirming the estimated dispatch date.
Orders are typically dispatched within one to two working days after confirmation. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
For EU and USA addresses, we aim for delivery within three working days for orders placed before 12 noon UK time. Delivery to other international destinations may take up to ten days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and local customs processing.
For EU and international destinations, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
For security reasons, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, unidentified addresses, or freight‑forwarding companies.
Returns and Refunds
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, and items must reach de Le Cuona within 28 days in an ‘as new’ and resaleable condition.
Cut or altered fabrics, Limited Edition pieces, Sample Clearance items, and bed linen (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Please contact the de Le Cuona office to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Once confirmed, we will arrange a collection and notify you of the details. Collection costs are deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges are possible based on stock availability. For non‑faulty items, all shipping costs—including return shipping—are the customer’s responsibility. Taxes and duties may apply for exchanges from outside the UK.
Items received damaged or with a manufacturing fault within six months are considered faulty. Where possible, we will repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or de Le Cuona account. Shipping costs are refunded only for faulty items. For international orders, customs duties and taxes are non‑refundable through de Le Cuona.
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of receipt by contacting the de Le Cuona office in writing. If the order has already been dispatched, it will fall under the standard returns policy.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Full payment is required before your order can be dispatched, unless you have pre‑agreed payment terms with de Le Cuona.
If your payment cannot be charged for any reason, your order will be held for two working days while we attempt to contact you. If payment is not received within this time, the order will be cancelled.
Yes. By placing an order, you authorise us to perform credit and anti‑fraud checks on your payment method. This may include identity verification, card validation, and authorisation checks. Information may be shared with banks, credit agencies, and fraud‑prevention partners as permitted by law.
For security reasons, the billing address you provide must match the address held by your card issuer. Orders may be delayed if these details do not match.
Any fraudulent attempts to reverse or dispute a valid charge for an order that has been fulfilled and delivered will be prosecuted.
Product Care
GOTS fabrics can be machine washed at 30°C on a delicate cycle using a natural, plant‑based detergent. We do not recommend tumble drying, dry cleaning, or bleaching agents.
Natural fibres such as linen, cotton, wool, cashmere, and silk will soften and age beautifully over time. Regular vacuuming helps reduce the need for frequent cleaning, and dry‑cleaning is recommended for fabrics with artisanal finishes.
Natural fibres absorb and release moisture, which can cause slight movement in the fabric. This is normal and part of the character of natural textiles.
Allow 2–3 days for the fabric to relax back into position once rehung, as natural fibres adjust to their environment.

Bespoke Accessories
Outside the UK, we offer a dedicated Bespoke Accessories service, specialising in made‑to‑measure cushions, throws, and bedspreads crafted using de Le Cuona fabrics.
Our team collaborates virtually with interior designers and private clients across Europe and internationally. Each piece is created to your exact specifications and managed with care from concept to completion.
As each bespoke item is made specifically to order, bespoke and custom‑made pieces cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun, unless the item is deemed faulty.
Timelines vary depending on the design and complexity. Our team will confirm the estimated schedule once your bespoke request has been reviewed.
