Delivery & Returns - Fabrics
Within 4 working hours of receipt of your order you will receive an email or call to confirm the estimated dispatch date for your order. We endeavour to dispatch purchases within two working days of confirming your order (working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK Public holidays). You should receive a despatch confirmation email with the tracking number on the day the goods are despatched.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the de Le Cuona web site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers; however most de Le Cuona products are made from natural fibres with inherent natural nuances that will vary the way the products react to the same processes. Whilst our Artisans do their best to minimise the variations; variation tolerance between production batches will need to be greater than that for synthetic fibres.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Wherever possible, items should be returned in their original packaging or the equivalent to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit. Returns may not be accepted if the product is damaged, marked or in any way changed from the original.
A surcharge may be applied to goods returned from a different country to the original shipping destination or to orders cancelled after despatch from our warehouse.
Upon receipt of your order your will receive an email or call to inform you of the estimated despatch date for your order. We aim to meet a 2 to 3 working day delivery target for the EU and a 5 to 7 working day delivery target for most other countries.
Shipping rates are determined by the actual weight or volumetric weight of the order, the number of packages and the destination. Volumetric weight may apply to bulky, but light products like velvet that ship in suspended boxes. All other fabrics are shipped on cardboard poles covered in heavy duty polythene. Large fabric orders are consolidated in corrugated cardboard boxes to the maximum permitted by the carrier – usually between 30kgs and 50kgs per box.
