QUALITY, PROVENANCE & CRAFTSMANSHIP

At de Le Cuona, exceptional natural fibres, specialist craftsmanship and trusted provenance are at the heart of everything we create. Working with expert mills and partners, we design timeless textiles and accessories that balance beauty, performance and longevity. Bernie de Le Cuona was named by Walpole as one of the 50 most influential people in British luxury in both 2020 and 2023, recognised for her impact on craftsmanship, innovation and the future of luxury.

FIBRE ORIGINS & TRACEABILITY

We work with specialist mills and suppliers to understand the origins of the fibres used throughout our collections.

Our textiles and accessories are created with a focus on quality, longevity and craftsmanship. Many collections are supported by recognised textile certifications, including GOTS, Masters of Flax Fibre, Masters of Linen, Oeko-Tex and Responsible Wool Standard (RWS), where applicable.

Bernie de Le Cuona and her team maintain close relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to support transparency relating to fibre origins, composition and production.

PACKAGING, RETAIL & PRODUCT CARE

We continually review the materials and processes used across our business, from packaging and retail environments to product care services.
Our paper and card packaging is recyclable and is sourced from recycled or FSC-certified sources where specified by suppliers.
At our Pimlico Road showroom, recycled and recycled-content materials were incorporated where appropriate within the design.
We also offer services that help customers maintain and refresh existing de Le Cuona furnishings, extending their continued use and enjoyment.

REVITALISE: EXTENDING THE LIFE OF YOUR FURNISHINGS

Revitalise is designed to help customers refresh, restore and reupholster cherished de Le Cuona furnishings.
Through careful restoration and reworking, existing pieces can continue to be enjoyed for years to come.

THE PIMLICO ROAD SHOWROOM

Opened in November 2018, the de Le Cuona flagship showroom on Pimlico Road was designed using a variety of recycled and recycled-content materials alongside ironwork, terrazzo, concrete and resin.
Material choices were carefully considered to reflect the design vision of the space whilst maintaining the character and craftsmanship synonymous with de Le Cuona.

Clients are encouraged to return unwanted de Le Cuona samples through our sample return programme.
Returned samples are reviewed for reuse, repurposing or appropriate recycling where possible.
